We aim to describe and photograph every item accurately. Screen settings can affect color appearance, and measurements are approximate. Pre-owned items may show signs of use described on the product page. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees are shown at checkout where possible. Orders are accepted after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

Intellectual property

Brenta’s website content, branding, photography and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.

Liability and governing rules

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your order.
