Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Accepted Payment: We accept bank wire transfers to the Company’s account in China and online payments via Visa and MasterCard.
2. Limited Cancellation: The Buyer may request a full refund and cancellation only within three (3) calendar days following the submission of the order and before the manufacturing process has commenced. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after this period or once production funds have been transferred to the Seller.
3. Returns: The return of Goods is permitted only if the original Seller (Factory) explicitly agrees to accept the return. If agreed upon, all associated return costs, including shipping, customs, insurance, and handling fees back to China, must be borne entirely by the Buyer.
